About Contrast – Contrast Clears Your Mind and Attracts Abundance

Every person on Earth has a set of preferences as unique as their fingerprints; no one else has the exact same set. My preferences are right for me and yours are just right for you.

I prefer to be my own boss. I prefer to set my own schedule every day of the week. I prefer to work with people who are decisive and respond quickly. How did I discover my preferences? Through experiencing contrast - external events that didn't feel good - I gained the opportunity to become clear about what I love to do and how I love to do it.

What do I mean by contrast? If you smell something that doesn't smell good to you, that's contrast. If something costs more than you thought it would, that's contrast. If someone treats you rudely, that's contrast. Anything that doesn't feel good produces contrast.

Contrast is a prompt that something is unfinished, unexamined, or out of balance. It's a neutral term for your experience of external events that awaken your desire for change.

Contrast is essential.

Without contrast, we would remain clueless about ourselves and not make decisions.

Through experiencing contrast, I have discovered that working with indecisive people is a drain on my energy. Feeling tired, worn down, even exhausted is in contrast to the feelings I experience when I work with people who easily make a decision and stick with it. Decisive people energized me. As long as I ignored the contrast, I continued to attract clients who drained me. Finally, I'd experienced enough contrast to make a decision: I want to work with people who are decisive. Without the contrast, I would not have been able to make this decision and would still be attracting less-than-ideal clients.

Resistance slows the flow.

So why doesn't it just happen? Why does it take so long? What can we do to make it happen faster? Why do we continue to experience stuff we don't like?

If we could relax, joyfully expect our desires to be fulfilled, and enjoy life as it unfolds, all our desires would be manifested in seemingly record time. But most of us have beliefs and feelings operating inside us that resist the wonderful desires of our heart.

So, contrast is a neutral term for the experience of external events that awaken our desire for change. Anything that doesn't feel good produces contrast. Contrast is essential-without it we wouldn't make decisions. (by Aldian Prakoso)

The Law Of Attraction: Do You Have The Focus To Be The Best You Can Be?

To truly experience success in the physical aspect of life, we must generate it with our thoughts.

-The Fully Engaged Person of Tomorrow

We have harnessed much of the physical world. The age is now at hand to harness the energies of the mind put them at the service of humanity.

Are you fully equipped to take a valiant part in that work?

-The Cost of Mental Waste

The greatest of all eras is at hand! Are you increasing your fitness to appreciate it and take part in it, or are you merely passing your time away?

Notice for a week the incidents of your daily life--your methods of work, habits of thought, modes of recreation. You will most likely discover a waste in your present random methods of operation.

How much energy do you suppose you annually dump into the scrap-heap of wasted effort? What does this mean to you in dollars and cents? In conscious usefulness? In peace and happiness? In productivity?

Fear not...you have all the abilities necessary to change, grow and create a better version of your life. This is what the Law of Attraction is about.

-The Means to Notable Achievement

Individual mental efficiency and focus is an absolute prerequisite to any notable personal achievement or any great individual success. Your mental energies are the forces with which you wage your battles in this world. Are you prepared to direct and deploy these forces with masterful control and strategic skill? Are you prepared to use all your reserves of mental energy in the development of your personal and professional life?

A Mighty and Intelligent Power resides within you. Its marvelous resources are just now coming to be recognized.

Recent scientific research has revealed, beyond the world of the senses and beyond the domain of consciousness, a wide and, to some, hidden realm of human energies and resources. You may very well be unconscious of the powers of the mind whose marvelous breadth and depth and power have been revealed to the world by scientific experiment and spiritual exploration. You have at your command mental powers of which you have never before dreamed. It is well worth your time and effort to explore, learn and develop these talents in yourself.

TWO LAWS OF SUCCESS & ACHIEVEMENT

-“You” as a Business Corporation

As a productive being you are a kind of one-person business corporation made up of two departments, the mental and the physical.

Your mind is the executive office of this personal corporation, its directing "head." Your body is the corporation's "production facility.” Your Eyes and ears, sight and smell and touch, hands and feet--these are the implements, the equipment.

Acquiring mastery of the “head” of your corporation and the power available to you will help you meet the practical problems of your life in such a way that success will be swift and certain. Success starts with your mind and thoughts and the feelings that they create.

-Business and Activity

First of all you should accept and believe two well-settled and fundamental laws.

1. All human achievement comes about through bodily activity. In other words, we must all take action!

2. All bodily activity is caused, controlled and directed by the mind.

Give the first of these propositions but a moment's thought. You can conceive of no form of accomplishment which is not the result of some kind of physical activity. One would say that the master works of poetry, art, philosophy, religion, are products of human effort furthest removed from the material side of life, yet even these would have been lost in the minds conceiving them had they not found transmission and expression through some form of bodily activity. You will agree, therefore, that the first of these propositions is so self-evident as to not require formal proof.

The second proposition is not so easily accepted by some!

-The Enslaved Brain

Remember, when we say "mind," we are not thinking of the brain. The brain is but one of the organs of the body, and, by the terms of our proposition as stated, is as much the slave of the mind as is any other organ of the body. To say that the mind controls the body presupposes that mind and body are distinct entities, the one belonging to a spiritual world, the other to a world of matter.

That the mind is master of the body is a settled principle of science. But we realize that its acceptance may require you to lay aside some preconceived prejudices. You may know many people who believe that the mind is nothing more or less than brain activity.

-First Step Toward Self-Realization

To have any success with “Manifestation” and “The Law of Attraction” we have to accept the conclusion that our thoughts control our physical experience. It is the basis of success in creating everything we can possibly desire. (by Lucretia Torva)

Self Improvement Motivation: Unlock The Good Life

Have you ever taken a long, hard look at your life and felt depressed when you thought about things that it lacked? Chances are, you have. No one has a perfect life. There are countless and constant ways in which a person can improve. Self-improvement motivation comes from a place inside each of us that desires to be a better person. There are several elements that are considered part of self-improvement motivation.

Among the most popular are:

- Appearance improvement
- Intellectual improvement
- Financial improvement

Dress to impress:
Appearance improvement is one of the most popular types of self-improvement motivation. For many people, there is always a pound to be lost, a gray hair to be covered up, or new clothing to be purchased. Other people get extremely obsessive about appearance improvement, paying thousands of dollars for nose jobs, liposuction, collagen implants, hair replacement, or other such procedures. Because of the media and the influence of Hollywood stars, people who are young, old, male, and female have become appearance improvement crazy. These are the often the same people who feel that appearance is all that matters in life.

Self-improvement motivation by the books:

Intellectual motivation is another key element of self-improvement motivation. The desire to become more educated or gain more knowledge on a subject drives many minds. Well-informed people are often perceived as powerful people. After all, knowledge is power.

Today, it is no surprise that more and more middle-aged adults are going back to school to get their bachelor's or master's degrees. This desire to get more education often stems from the fact that most companies are interested with employees who know how to use the latest and greatest software and computer programs. Companies are also interested in employees that have an up-to-date education. Many companies, especially larger ones, will pay for employees to go back to school or be trained for a specific job.

Most colleges and universities even have continuing education programs. These programs allow non-traditional students to learn about a subject or become educated on how to use programs for computers.

Financial improvement:

Another important element of self-improvement motivation is financial motivation. In reality, most people desire to have more money than they have at the present time. Perhaps a person wants to purchase a home, car, or an education. Perhaps someone needs to pay medical bills or legal fees, or raise a child. Finances are key to surviving in today's world. Financial self-improvement motivation often comes in the form of taking on a second or third job, investing in stocks or bonds, or learning how to save money wisely. Financial self-improvement motivation may also include asking a current employer for a promotion or a raise.

Overall, anything that motivates and in turn improves the physical, material, or mental part of a person is a form of self-improvement motivation. No one is perfect, but many of us can try to get as close as we can. ( by Matthew Hick )

The Science of Getting Rich

What Happens When 3 Extraordinary Teachers from "the Secret" Come Together to Teach the Science of Getting Rich?

The Science of Getting Rich is a timeless classic written in 1910 by Wallace D. Wattles. It is a bold title for a book and suggests that getting rich is a predictable outcome if one can master the principles outlined in the book. Here is how Wallace D. Wattles puts it in his own words, "The ownership of money and property comes as a result of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this certain way, whether on purpose or accidentally, get rich. Those who do not do things in this certain way, no matter how hard they work or how able they are, remain poor. It is a natural law that like causes always produce like effects. Therefore, any man or woman who learns to do things in this certain way will infallibly get rich."

Certainly, this book is well referenced by many of the great teachers today and it is the same book that inspired Rhonda Byrne to produce that runaway success "the Secret". Here is what Rhonda Byrne said on her introductory note to the book, "I can honestly say that, since that first night when a tattered printed manuscript found its way to me (thanks to one of my daughters), my life has never been the same. Once you read it for yourself, you will understand why". Rhonda went on to produce the movie "the Secret" and the best-selling book of the same title which has sold millions of copies worldwide.

However, learning how to do things in that "certain way" as described by Wallace D. Wattles may be more challenging for some as the book was written nearly 100 years ago. Some of the language is a little dated and much of its wisdom lost from a modern day perspective.

Fortunately, a new training seminar for the Science of Getting Rich has brought the wisdom of this timeless classic back to life for modern readers. Called "the Science of Getting Rich", this program is the most comprehensive training system for mastering Wallace D. Wattles wealth creation philosophies and principles since its creation. It comprises written, audio and live seminar formats for learning, applying and mastering the Science of Getting Rich.

A unique "twist" to the program is the fact that it has an in-built vehicle for creating substantial financial wealth through its affiliate program. This is truly a unique wealth education and wealth building program designed to empower any individual with the resources to get rich. It is a program whose time has come. The program would not be possible without the original text from Wallace D. Wattles, the skills of leading teachers of our time, the phenomenal success of "the Secret" and the Internet as a learning and distribution tool. (by Mark R. Khalil)

Law of Attraction - Steps To Successful Action

The following steps help in bringing the Law of Attraction into your life. They build off the issues presented in the movie “The Secret”.

I have used them for good success in my life and internet business. I recommend that for you to get the most out of them, they should be printed out, laminated and place where you can refer to them. If you are into affirmations they can be part of your affirmation steps each day.

Step 1. Have passion –

“Be passionate!” It’s at the core or successful thinking. Exactly what is passion?, “Enthusiasm on a big scale.”

Step 2. Be tenacious-

Don’t be someone who lets them self or anyone in their organization, give up on any project until every possibility of success has been explored. Consider the fact that Donald Trump bought the land for Trump Place in Manhattan way back in 1974 - and it is now nearing completion. That’s tenacity.

Step 3. Think big –

We all have to start with small steps on any project, but urge yourself and those people around you to take the biggest steps they are capable of. “Thinking big can get you to the top. Assure yourself, “it’s not lonely up here!” because you bring others with you

Step 4. Be a sponge for new information and ideas –

There’s really no such thing as knowing too much about what you’re doing. Despite your packed schedule, you must read everything you can and strive to get information you can use from everyone you meet. There should always be a book or magazine on your desk, and I find that inspiring.

Step 5. Take action –

When you know what you need to know about a project or idea, you need to move decisively. Yet also have a flexible philosophy and be willing to take a step back and start again - tenaciously - if the time is not right to move forward. So it is a matter of taking risks, but considered risks. It has been said, “A lot of people are afraid to fail, so they don’t try. They talk, but they don’t do. That’s the perfect formula for failure.”

Step 6. Learn to negotiate –

“Learning to negotiate is invaluable if you hope to connect in any way with other people.”

Step 7. Enjoy competition –

Your competitors are there to help you perform better in the world and they certainly – drive you to achieve more success than they have. “Competition forces you to outdo yourself,” You should affirm through affirmations. “I love competition because, ultimately, it makes me a bigger and better person.” (by Ken Triat)

When ever life acts we respond to it. If something great happens in your life you may be very happy. But on the other hand if something really horrible happens you may be angry , upset or even sad. What ever the reaction is it all depends on you and your attitude. We all chose our feelings and control our attitude fortunately. So that gives us the ability to control our reactions to situations as they arrive. What ever you think about you bring about. If you don’t want negative things in your life change your attitude, change how you think.

Think of and only allow positive thoughts and beliefs into your mind. You will have positive results in your life. Your subconscious mind is being fed with information every second of the day, and you are not even aware of it. You need to change your negative habits to positive habits and learn to take charge of your thoughts, your feelings and emotions. Think positive, peaceful and prosperity thoughts. And your life will grow so wonderfully and you will regain true happiness and prosperity in your life. Personal development is a daily personal growth exercise that allows you to enjoy life. I hope you enjoy yours, as I enjoy mine. I used to be extremely depressed and my life was miserable. I began an incredible personal development program, now my life is incredible, my family life, personal life, spiritually, physically, emotional, financial, it’s all great; I have grown in so many ways. I now do the things I used to love but had lost all interest in. I have bigger and better goals and dreams, I get to travel and just enjoy my life without limitation. My personal development is better than what I thought possible. I have learned how to enjoy my life to the fullest and I’m so much happier. You have the opportunity to find out whats possible for you. (by Mari Taylor)
